摘要
综述了烟草有机酸的种类及其对烟叶品质的影响,阐述了不同烟草品种、地域、烟叶的组织结构、外源化学物质等对烟叶有机酸含量的影响,并提出了现阶段所存在的问题和对今后研究方向的展望。
This paper summarized the achievements of the studies on organic acids in tobacco.Based on the kinds of organic acids in tobacco and their influences on the quality of tobacco leaf,the author described the effects of different tobacco varieties,tobacco-planting zone,tissue structure of tobacco leaf,and exogenous chemical substance on the content of organic acids in tobacco leaf,pointed out the existent problems at present,and prospects the research direction in the future.
