摘要
以广东海洋大学农学院分子育种研究室筛选的水稻新抗源"海选E32"、常规感病品种"湛A"不育系和"七丝软占"、中抗品种"特青"为试验材料,通过牙签接种法,在室内温室和室外大田对各水稻品系进行纹枯病抗性鉴定和统计分析,结果表明"海选E32"对纹枯病综合抗性达到中抗水平以上,但抗性表达受外界环境影响较大。
Taking new rice resistant germplasm 'HxE32',conventional susceptible cultivar 'Zhan A'and 'Qisiruanzhan',and moderately resistant cultivar 'Teqing' as the tested materials,the resistance of 'HxE32' to rice sheath blight(Rhizoctonia solani) was identified through artificial disease inoculations in greenhouse and fields.The results indicated that 'HxE32' was resistant to rice sheath blight,and the resistance level was above MR,but the resistance expression was largely affected by environment.
