This article introduced the injurious characteristics and action mechanism of strawberry virus disease,summarized some detoxication techniques of strawberry virus disease,such as heat-treatment,meristem-tip culture,anther culture,and described applying several testing techniques of strawberry virus disease such as indication plants,serology and molecular biology to ensure a great deal of virus-free seedlings bred from virus-free maternal plants.
