摘要
利用高效、无残留农药磷化铝对豌豆种子进行熏蒸,研究了熏蒸对豌豆象孵化率以及豌豆发芽率和容重的影响。研究发现,随着2次熏蒸时间的增加,成虫的孵化率逐步降低,呈反相关关系;种子的发芽率、容重则随着熏蒸时间的增加而增加,呈正相关关系。结果表明,利用磷化铝对豌豆种子进行2次熏蒸、每次处理96 h可以有效地杀死豌豆象,并且种子的发芽率和容重两项指标都能达到出口标准。
In order to control bean-weevil(Bruchus pisorum) in the seeds of pea(Pisum sativum L.),the pea seeds were suffocated by using aluminum phosphide,and the effects of suffocating on the incubation rate of bean-weevil and the germination rate and bulk density of pea seeds were investigated.The results showed that there was a significantly negative relationship between the suffocating time and incubation rate of adult insects,and positive correlation between the suffocating time and germination rate and bulk density of pea seeds.Using aluminum phosphide to suffocate pea seeds twice for 96 h every time could effectively kill bean-weevil in pea seeds,and the germination rate and bulk density of the treated pea seeds could reach the export standard.
