摘要
采用正相高效液相色谱法对12%高氯.毒死蜱乳油中高效氯氰菊酯和毒死蜱进行了定量测定。结果表明:该方法的变异系数分别为0.61%、0.26%,标准偏差分别为0.016、0.025,平均回收率分别为99.8%、100.2%,线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9998。
The quantitative analysis of beta-cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos in 12% beta-cypermethrin·chlorpyrifos EC by HPLC method was introduced.The results showed that the variation coefficient of this method was 0.61% and 0.26% respectively,the standard deviation was 0.016 and 0.025 respectively,the average recovery was 99.8 % and 100.2 % separately,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999 and 0.9998 separately.
