齿轮油复合剂的性能特点和工业应用

以HVI150BS、HVI500基础油和1.5%剂量的石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)自主研发的通用型齿轮油复合剂T4204调合了L-CKD320工业齿轮油。并且该齿轮油于南通某水泥厂的大型磨机设备上进行了使用试验。通过对运行油品长达14个月的性能评定和质量数据跟踪分析,表明使用RIPP研制的T4204所调制的L-CKD320工业齿轮油具有良好的抗氧化安定性、极压抗磨性、防锈防腐性能以及良好的使用性能。

L-CKD320 gear oil was prepared with HVI150BS and HVI500,1.5% T4204 developed by RIPP.And the L-CKD320 gear oil was used for applied experiment on the large cement grinder in a Nantong cement plant.It took 14 months to trace the quality of the working oil.The performance data and quality tracing data showed that the L-CKD320 has excellent antirust and anticorrosion properties,thermal oxidation stability,EP&AW properties,and consistent quality.
