国道217线天山公路沿河路基水毁防护优化工程——以K970+564~K970+839段为例 被引量:14

摘要 国道217线独山子-库车段亦称天山公路,是横贯天山,连接新疆自治区南、北疆的一条重要交通干线,全长537km。天山公路的很多路段沿河布设,由于原有公路的防护工程标准较低,很多路段的路基已经被山洪完全损毁,造成交通中断。研究合理的沿河路基水毁防护技术,已经成为改建后公路能否正常运营的必要条件。以K970+564~K970+839段为例,总结该段公路路基水毁现状,提出了防护工程优化组合的方案及适用条件,提出了典型水毁的防治对策和防治方案,为有效、合理、科学的保护天山公路沿河路基提供了科学依据。 The national highway 217 of Dushanzi-Kuche county, called Tianshan Mountains highway , is to traverse Tianshan Mountains, linking the Xinjiang north and south, overall length is 537 km. Many section of the Tianshan Mountains highway is located in river bank, many roadbeds is mangled , brought about traffic interruption completely by the flood, study the rational water destroys protection technology , already become the prerequisite rebuilding queen highway being able to be in motion and do business regularly or not. This paper taking K970+564~K970+839 as an example, have analyzed the rivers’ characteristic, and the river engineering geology and hydrology waterpower characteristic ,and the relationship of the characteristics and the roadbed water destroy; have brought forward the scheme and condition suitable for use protecting a project several kinds; all of these has provided the effect, reasonableness, science basis to protection the Tianshan Mountains highway roadbeds .
