返乡农民工经验异质性与团队化创业实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Experience Heterogeneity and Team Entrepreneurship of Returning Migrant Workers

在阐述返乡农民工及其团队经验异质性理论的基础上,对中西部3省(市)14个镇266个问卷调查样本数据进行回归分析。结果表明:返乡农民工创业团队的产业经验异质性对创业企业的交易结构创新性有正向促进作用,产品(服务)创新性和交易结构创新性同时受到职能经验异质性的正向显著影响。

Based on describing the theory of experience heterogeneity of the returning migrant workers,this paper analyzes the 266 samples from 14 towns of three central and western provinces(cities) in China with regression analysis method.The regression results show that the industrial experience heterogeneity of entrepreneurial teams plays a positive role in promoting the innovative business of the entrepreneurs' transaction structure.The product(service) innovation and the transaction structure innovation are significantly positively influenced by the heterogeneity of the functional experience.
