近几年来,由于办公自动化和计算机应用的普及,人们社会活动及科技生产活动的记录大都产生于电子工作环境,相互交流的手段和信息的传递也从纸质走向电子载体,电子文件的大量产生,使得在电子文件归档、电子档案管理中,出现了许多新问题,对这些问题的探究成为当前档案管理中一项重要任务。

In recent years,owing to office automation and computer applications,most of the records to people's social activities as well as science and technology production activities rely on the electronic work environment.The interactive means and information transfer have been changed from paper to electronic media.So a large number of electronic files are created and it causes many new problems to the management of document archiving.Therefore,the studies to the problems have become an important task in record management.
