双歧三联活菌胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎患者炎性因子的影响研究

Influence of bifidobacteria capsules on ulcerative colitis's inflammatory cytokines

目的观察双歧三联活菌胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎患者炎性因子的影响。方法 75例确诊为溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组给予常规治疗结合双歧三联活菌胶囊,对照组按常规方法处理。观察用药2月后的临床症状评分、炎性因子TNF-α与炎性抑制因子IL-8、IL-10的含量水平。结果治疗后,两组临床症状总评分均显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降程度明显大于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者IL-8显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降值大于对照组(P<0.01);而IL-10显著升高(P<0.01),且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者TNF-α显著下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降值大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论双歧三联活菌胶囊能影响溃疡性结肠炎体内炎性因子水平。

Objective To observe the treating influence of bifidobacteria capsules on ulcerative colitis’s inflammatory cytokines.Methods Seventy-five cases of ulcerative colitis were divided into trial group and control group.The trial group took bifidobacteria capsules in addition to routine treatment which was also applied to the control group.The levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 were measured after two months’medication.Results Compared with the control group,the trial group got a significant decrease in the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-8 (P<0.01) ,and a significant increase in the level of serum IL-10 (P<0.01) .Conclusion Bifidobacteria capsules can influence the levels of inflammatory cytokines in ulcerative colitis.
