摘要
目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的动态变化及相关性。方法采用放射免疫分析动态测定60例HIE新生儿生后24、48、72h及7d血清TNF-α和NSE水平,并以20例正常新生儿(生后24h)为正常对照组。结果 (1)与正常对照组相比,HIE组患儿血清TNF-α、NSE水平明显升高(P<0.05);轻度HIE组、中度HIE组和重度HIE组患儿TNF-α、NSE表达水平逐渐升高(P<0.05),TNF-α与NSE表达强度的变化呈正相关(r=0.765,P<0.05)。结论 TNF-α和NSE在HIE的发病机制中起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of Serum TNF-α and Serum neuron specific enolase(NSE) levels in neo-nates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) .Methods Serum TNF-αand NSE levels were dynamically measured with RIA in 60 full ferm neonates with HIE on 24 h、48 h、72 h and 7 d as well as in 20 control group (normal neonates at 24 h) .Results Compared with healthy control group,the levels of serum TNF-α,NSE in HIE neonates were obviously increased(P<0.05) ; The levels of Serum TNF-α,NSE were increased by turns in mild HIE,moderate HIE and serious HIE groups(P<0.05) ; 2.There were significant positive correlation relation between serum TNF-αand NSE in Neonate with HIE (r=0.765.P<0.05) .Conclusion TNF-α and NSE may play a role in the pathogenesis of neonatal HIE.
