彩色多普勒超声在高龄人群小腿肌静脉丛病变中的诊断价值

Value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of calf muscle venous diseases in senile individuals

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对高龄人群小腿肌静脉丛病变诊断价值。方法分析78例小腿肌静脉丛病变患者超声图像特征,其中,53例小腿肌静脉丛扩张并静脉瓣功能不全,25例小腿肌静脉丛血栓。结果彩色多普勒超声不仅能清楚显示病变的大小和位置,而且能准确反映病变的特征及与周边组织的关系。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断小腿肌静脉丛病变简单、无创、方便,可以作为首选的普检方法。

Objective To explore the diagnostic valve of color Doppler ultrasonography in calf muscle venous diseases.Methods Seventy-eight patients with calf muscle veniplex diseases were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography in the study.Among the 78 cases,53 were dilation and valvular incompetence of calf muscle veniplex,and the other 25 cases were thromboses of calf muscle veniplex.Results Color Doppler ultrasnography could not only clearly demonstrate the size and position of calf muscle veniplex diseases,but also the lesion feature.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is a simple harmless diagnostic method of first choice to calf muscle veniplex diseases.
