选择性预防性末端回肠造瘘在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用

Evaluation of selective and preventive terminal ileum stoma in sphincter-saving surgery of low rectal cancer

目的探讨选择性预防性末端回肠造瘘在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用价值。方法选择行低位直肠癌保肛手术的高危患者,同期行预防性末端回肠造瘘,并与普通患者对比。结果 高危患者行预防性末端回肠造瘘可促进康复,降低吻合口瘘的发生率。结论低位直肠癌患者保肛手术后不必常规预防性造瘘,但对于高危患者选择性的进行预防性末端回肠造瘘无疑是一种相对更为稳妥的策略选择。

Objective To evaluate the value of selective and preventive terminal ileum stoma in sphincter-saving surgery of low rectal cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted in the patients(n=35) of low rectal cancer with who received preventive terminal ileum stoma.Results The levels of serumal tIgE and sIgE were lower after treatment than before treatment in both the two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the levels of serumal tIgE and sIgE in the FSIT group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01)Conclusion FSIT can decrease effectively the levels of serumal tIgE and sIgE,which may be one way of the FSIT's mechanism.
