摘要
目的通过观察哮喘患者快速特异性免疫治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的变化,探讨其治疗机制。方法 160例血清总IgE(tIgE)>100 kU/L,屋尘螨特异性IgE(sIgE)>0.72 kU/L的哮喘患者,随机分为治疗组80例,对照组80例,治疗组用屋尘螨变应原浸液快速特异性免疫治疗,对照组吸入布地奈德,在治疗前后抽静脉血采用免疫荧光技术检测血清tIgE和sIgE。结果 两组治疗后患者血清tIgE和sIgE均降低,(治疗组P<0.01,对照组P<0.05),治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论快速特异性免疫治疗能有效降低患者血清tIgE和sIgE值,这可能为特异性免疫治疗作用机制之一。
Objective To explore the mechanism of fast specific immunotherapy(FSIT) by observing the changes in serumal immunoglobulin E(IgE) of asthma patients.Methods Of 160 asthma patients with serumal total IgE(tIgE) over 100 kuL and serumal dermatophagoides pteronyssinus specific IgE(sIgE) over 0.72 kuL,80 were assigned to FSIT group,and the other 80 were assigned to control group at random.The FSIT group were injected subcutaneously with dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extracts and the control group were treated with budesonide aerosol.Serumal tIgE and sIgE was measured by immunofluorescent technique before and after treatment.Results The levels of serumal tIgE and sIgE were lower after treatment than before treatment in both the two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the levels of serumal tIgE and sIgE in the FSIT group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion FSIT can decrease effectively the levels of serumal tIgE and sIgE,which may be one way of the FSIT's mechanism.
