摘要
目的通过临床对比观察单纯应用妈富隆与妈富隆联合妥塞敏对青春期功能失调性子宫出血(下简称功血)的治疗效果,寻找对青春期功血迅速、有效的止血方法。方法青春期功血患者102例随机分为两组,52例予妈富隆治疗,50例予妈富隆联合妥塞敏治疗,进行疗效观察。结果 妈富隆联合妥塞敏组在显效时间、止血时间及妈富隆应用时间上明显优于单纯应用妈富隆组,且减少了长期应用性激素带来的不良反应。结论妈富隆联合妥塞敏治疗青春期功血疗效显著,安全性好,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of applying mavelon alone and mavelon plus tranexamic acid tablets on puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB) in order to find out a rapid and effective hemostasia against puberty DUB.Methods A total of 102 patients with puberty DUB were divided into two groups at random.Group A(n=52) received the treatment of Mavelon alone,and Group B(n=50) received Mavelon plus Tranexamic Acid Tablets.Results The outcomes were better in Group than in Group B in the time of effect show,hemostasia and mavelon application.Furthermore,the bad reaction of long-term sex hormone application was reduced in GroupB.Conclusion Mavelon united with tranexamic acid tablets is secure in the cure of puberty DUB,in addition to prominent curative effect.It is worth spreading widely.
