S100A4基因与恶性肿瘤侵袭及转移关系的研究进展
摘要
目前的研究已经证实,肿瘤的发生与演进是多因素协同参与、多基因共同作用、多阶段逐步发展的过程,这一过程涉及多种癌基因以及抑癌基因的异常改变。其中S100A4是一个被筛选出来的特异性蛋白,其与恶性肿瘤生物学行为、特别是侵袭与转移密切相关,并且与患者预后关系密切,是目前肿瘤研究的热点基因。。
