急性尿潴留的超声分型及其临床意义

Classifying of the acute urinary retention by ultrasound and Its clinical significance

目的探讨急性尿潴留的超声分型及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析了57例急性尿潴留患者声像图表现。结果 (1)急性尿潴留声像图表现的共同点为膀胱过度充盈,随程度的不同有输尿管扩张,肾积水、肾周积液等继发声像图表现。(2)根据急性尿潴留的继发声像图不同可分为单纯膀胱型,肾型,肾周型三大类。结论超声对急性尿潴留的观察不能只单纯关注膀胱本身,还要逆行向上探测肾以及肾周的相关情况,从而为临床明确病情临床选择合适的治疗方式提供帮助。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance and classifying of the acute urinary retention by ultrasound.Methods The sonographies of the acute urinary retention in 57 patients were reviewed and analyzed.Results 1.The sonographies of the acute urinary retention included the hyper bladder,the other symdroms as well as the acute urinary retention involving dilated colecting system and perirenal effusion.2.According to the sonographies of the acute urinary retention we could divide them into the bladder,the renel,the perirenal.Conclusion We could concentrate our attention on not only the bladder but also the renel and the perirenal,help the clinical diagnosis to choice the correct therapy by confirming the degree of Acute urinary retention.
