面对知识经济时代的到来,培养具有创新精神的高素质人才已成为高等教育的重要任务。职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,如何培养具有创新精神的高职毕业生在高等教育中显得尤为重要。结合我校的特色教育,总结煤矿开采技术专业人才的培养经验,可探索出一条培养创新性人才的新路子。

With the arrival of the knowledge economy era,the cultivation of creative talents has been the principal mission of modern advanced education.As an important part of advanced education,vocational education plays a primary role in how to cultivate graduates with great creativity.The paper summaries some construction thoughts about talents creation of Coal Mining major.The better solutions are to be expected.
