摘要
以去离子水为流动工质,对9块不同尺寸、不同排布的圆形微/小针肋热沉在不同Re下的流动阻力特性进行了实验研究,并将所得的部分实验结果与现存的经验关联式进行了对比.实验结果表明圆形微/小针肋的压力降随着体积流量的增加而增大;圆形微/小针肋内摩擦阻力系数f随Re数的增大而逐渐减小,当Re数大于500时,流动阻力系数基本不变;肋高及直径的大小对摩擦阻力系数的影响较大;一个现有的宏观经验关联式能很好地预测部分实验段的实验结果.
With deionized water as working fluid,this paper made an experimental investigation on the characteristics of flow resistance through a bank of circular shaped micro-/mini-pin fins with nine different sizes at staggered and in-line arrays over a range of Reynolds number.And part of experimental results obtained is compared with the existing conventional scale correlations.It is found that the pressure drop through micro-/mini-pin fin bundles increases with the increase of volumetric flow rate;the friction factors decrease with the increase of the Reynolds number and remain unchanged when the Reynolds number is over 500.The influence of the height and the diameter of the micro-/mini-pin fins on the friction factors is great.One of the correlations is able to predict the friction factors accurately at some experimental results.
