摘要 生物絮凝泥沙是指微生物通过生物膜作用在泥沙颗粒上形成的类絮凝结构,是泥沙与环境科学交叉研究中的一类新问题,在泥沙传统理论中涉及较少。本文以官厅水库细颗粒底泥为载体培养生物膜,采用Logistic生长曲线方程描述生物膜随时间生长变化的规律,通过环境扫描电子显微镜和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察生物絮凝泥沙的生长过程,并采用图像处理的方法对其结构特性进行分析,最终给出生物絮凝泥沙的干容重计算公式,为泥沙输移计算打下基础。 The bioflocculated sediment refers to the flocculation structure of sediment particles linked by biofilm,which is secreted by microorganism.It is a new problem in the crossover study of sediment science and environmental science,which has received little attention in the traditional sediment theory.In the study the fine sediment of Guanting Reservior was used as the carrier for biofilm calculation,the growth and variation of biofilm over time was described by using Logistic growth curve equation.The environmental scanning electron microscope and confocal laser scanning microscopy were used to observe the growth process of bioflocculated sediment,and some image processing methods were used to analyse the structural properties.At last,a dry bulk density formula for bioflocculated sediment is proposed,laying a foundation for the calculation of sediment transport.
