残疾人作为社会弱势群体的一部分,给予残疾人在诉讼方面予以支持是实现残疾人诉权的一种重要形式,在借鉴国外残疾人立法例基础上,应结合我国残疾人诉权立法保护实际状况,亟需修订完善《民事诉讼法》和《残疾人保障法》相关立法规定,应赋予残联组织支持诉讼职能,保障更多残疾人实现诉权。
