摘要
基于北京农村集体土地地籍调查,探讨航测技术用于地籍测量的可靠性。阐述农村集体土地地籍调查的工作流程和航空影像制作工作底图的关键技术,研究航测技术在地籍测量中的点位精度,两种不同坐标系统下分别检测15个地物点,最大点位误差为3.2 m和3.1 m,最小点位误差为1.3 m和1.5 m,中误差均为2.4 m,满足农村土地地籍调查的精度。
The application reliability of Aerial Photography in cadastral survey was discussed based on the Beijing rural collective land cadastral investigation.After reviewing the working process and key technologies of producing working base map with aerial photography image,the positioning accuracy was discussed in cadastral survey.It showed that results meet the accuracy of general rural land cadastral investigation on the two different coordinate systems by respectively detecting 15 feature points,with the maximum point error 3.25 m and 3.10 m,the minimum point error 1.30 m and 1.52 m,RMSE 2.43 m and 2.45 m.
