本文分析了半导体产业、纳米工业可能产生的环境问题,在基础上,从企业管理、法律法规等方面论述了如何建立和完善环境保护体系,提出了具体的环境保护措施。

In this paper,we analyzed the pollution problem produced by semiconductor industry and nano-industry.For it's seriousness we should establish an environmental protection system from busness management and laws and regulations.Some concret environmental protection measures was put farward.
