历史街区内部开放空间建设研究——以福州市三坊七巷为例

Studying on Construction of History District′s Internal Open Space——for Case Based on Sanfangqixiang of Fuzhou

在旧城改造的背景下,历史街区得到更多关注的是如何完整地保护历史风貌,但是,历史街区是一个融合了多方面利益需求的区域,内部开放空间的构建同样不可忽视,尽管这在一定程度上看来不符合历史街区整体风貌完整性原则,却能更好地满足社区居民和游客的休憩需求,真正体现以人为本的思想。通过对当前历史街区建设中存在的某些理论和实际问题分析,以福州市三坊七巷中一处闲置土地为例,提出景观恢复措施,以更好地实现历史街区的可持续发展。

At the background of city redevelopment,history districts have obtained more attention on how to protect their style and feature completely.However,history districts are such regions which contained various interest demands,the internal open space construction also cannot be ignored.Although this action will be seemed some uncoordinated to history districts' original style and feature,it will meet the need of residents and travellers better,and truly embody the people-oriented ideology.After analyzed some problems both existing in theory and practice,an idle place in Sanfangqixiang,Fuzhou has been taken as an example to realize sustainable development,and many measures of community landscape recovery have been proposed.
