复方调脂胶囊辅助治疗肾病综合征40例疗效观察

Effect of Compound Tiaozhi Capsule on Hyperlipidemia in Nephrotic Syndrome Patients

目的:观察复方调脂胶囊辅助治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:79例病例随机分为两组,其中对照组39例,治疗组40例。所有病例均按原发性肾病综合征的措施治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用复方调脂胶囊口服,观察两组病例治疗后的疗效。结果:两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血脂水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:复方调脂胶囊能有效降低血脂,对提高肾病综合征的治疗有积极意义。

Objective:To observe effect of compound Tiaozhi capsule to treat hyperlipidemia in nephritic syndrome patients.Methods:79 cases of nephritic syndrome with hyperlipidemia were divided into two groups randomly.39 cases in control group were treated with routine methods and 40 cases in treatment group were assist-treated with compound Tiaozhi capsule based on the same synthetic therapy.The clinical effects were observed in two groups.Result:The effective rates of two groups were 90.0% and 71.8% respectively.The totle effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in blood lipids between pre-and post-treatment in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Tiaozhi capsule is effective to hyperlipidemia in nephritic syndrome.
