中药保留灌肠对经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛疗效观察

Effect of Chinese Herbs Retention-enema on Patients With Cystospasm After Transurethral Prostate Electrocision

目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的临床疗效。方法:64例病例随机分为两组,每组32例。对照组采用消炎痛栓治疗,治疗组采用自拟中药汤剂灌肠治疗。结果:对照组治疗后总有效率为87.5%,治疗组治疗后总有效率为90.6%,两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。结论:中药灌肠是治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的一种有效方法。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbs retention-enema on patients with cystospasm after transurethral prostate electrocision.Method:64 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,the patients in treatment group were treated with Chinese herbs retention-enema,the patients in cnotrol group were given indomethacin suppositories.Result:Total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.6%、87.5% respectively,the difference between two groups had no sense in statistics.Conclusion:Chinese herbs retention-enema is effective for the treatment of cystospasm after transurethral prostate electrocision.
