1Cr21Ni5Ti双相钢管材晶间腐蚀的研究

摘要 1Cr21Ni5Ti属奥氏体-铁素体型不锈钢,具有较好的机械性能和可焊接性能,特别是强度较高,在不同温度和浓度的一些氧化性腐蚀介质中具有良好的耐蚀性能。多用来制造既耐氧化性酸腐蚀,又要求有较高强度的设备或部件。本研究针对用户对1Cr21Ni5Ti管材需要和技术要求以及管材存在的晶间腐蚀不合、强度偏高、延伸率不合格、表面质量差等问题,通过严格的成份控制,熔炼工艺研究以及热、冷加工工艺的优化,成功实现了该特殊钢种管材的开发和产品生产。 As an austenitic-ferritic stainless steel,1Cr21Ni5Ti has good mechanical properties,excellent welding performance,and high strength especially,which also has good corrosion resistance in a certain oxidative corrosion medium with different temperatures and concentrations.It was mainly used to manufacture equipment or components requiring multi-acid corrosion resistance to oxidation and higher strength.According to customer's demand and technical requirement for 1Cr21Ni5Ti pipe,defects of unqualified intergranular corrosion,over-high strength,unacceptable elongation and poor surface quality were solved by means of controlling chemical composition strictly,improving melting process and optimizing cold-working process.So this kind of special steel pipe was developed and produced successfully in our company.
