M2高速工具钢热轧中板工艺探讨

Discussion on Hot Rolling Process of M2 High-Speed Tool Steel Plate

从分析M2钢的热加工塑性入手,通过对M2钢最佳的轧制温度和变形量的理论分析,从钢板组织、性能的角度出发,阐述了选择并控制荒轧温度、精轧温度及终轧温度和精轧变形量对M2钢热轧板质量的影响,从而确定了该钢热轧板的轧制工艺。

Through theoretical analysis on hot working plasticity and the optimum rolling temperature and deformation of M2 steel,and consideration on structure and properties of M2 plate,the effects of blooming temperature,precision rolling temperature,final rolling temperature and precision rolling deformation on the quality of M2 hot-rolled plate were analyzed in this paper,so the rolling process for M2 plate was established.
