二步法三维编织物交互设计与仿真

摘要 以二步法矩形三维编织物为例,在分析纱线运动规律的基础上,建立了编织物参数化仿真模型。以VRML作为三维展示平台,以Java作为控制核心,实现了二步法矩形编织物的交互设计与仿真,用户在织造前通过网络即可直观地了解编织空间结构和编织运动过程,并可实时修改,显著提高了产品设计质量与效率。 By taking two-step rectangular 3D braided fabrics as an example,and based on the analysis of yarnmoving regulation,parametric simulation models of braided fabrics are built.By taking VRML as the 3D display platform,and Java as the control core,interactive design and simulation of two-step rectangular braided fabrics are realized,which make the users can observe the braid spatial structure and braiding moving process intuitively and modify them dynamically on the Internet.With this method,the design quality and efficiency of products will be raised remarkably.
