摘要
本文对世界上有代表性的三个国家的企业裁员的特点和方式进行了分析和比较:美国企业奉行优胜劣汰的丛林法则,追求工具理性,因而其裁员方式刚性、注重企业效率;日本企业遵循共生共荣的森林法则,追求价值理性,因而其裁员方式柔性、注重社会公正;德国企业奉行整体主义价值观,其裁员方式人性化,即注重企业效率也关注社会公正。通过对这三个国家裁员方式的对比分析,得出一些对我国企业裁员有用的启示。
In this paper,the world's three representative countries' company downsizing characteristics and ways are analysed and compared.U.S.companies pursue law of the jungle survival of the fittest,instrumental rationality,and thus their downsizing ways are rigid,stressing business efficiency;Japanese companies follow the forest law of the symbiosis prosperity,value rationality,hence their downsizing is flexible,emphasizing social justice;German companies pursue the value of holism,so theirs is humane,focusing on both business efficiency and social justice.Through the lateral comparison analysis on these three countries' downsizing way,this paper has drawn some useful enlightenment for Chinese enterprise downsizing.
