在知识经济时代的今天,发达国家教师教育改革呈现出新趋势,表现为:进一步深化课程改革,提高教师专业化水平;教师教育的高层次、高标准;教师队伍的高素质、高待遇;教师教育的一体化等。为了全面推进素质教育,迎接知识经济时代的挑战,我们应该积极借鉴发达国家教师教育改革的成功经验,采取有效措施做好我国的教师教育改革。

In the current age of knowledge economy,the reform teachers' education in developed countries takes on some new trends-the deepening reform of subjects,improving teachers' professional competence,high level and high standard teachers' education,high salaries for high-quality teachers,and the integration of teachers' education. In order to push forward the quality education to meet the challenges of knowledge economy,we shall learn from the successful experiences of developed countries in the reform of teachers' education so as to take effective measures to reform China's education.
