摘要
介绍了货车轮对轴承退卸机的工作原理,根据退卸工序设计了退卸机液压系统,采用PLC为下位机、PC为上位机的模式实现了退卸机监控系统的设计,介绍了退卸机PLC控制系统及监控系统组态界面。
The working principle of railroad truck roll bearing withdrawal machine was introduced,and the hydraulic system of the machine was also designed according to the withdrawal process.The development and design of supervisory control system of the machine was carried out using master and slave computer mode with PLC as slave computer and PC as master computer.The design of PLC control system and supervisory control system were expounded.
