基于二维图形信息的轴类零件三维特征识别

The recognition of 3-D features based on 2-D graphics information of shaft parts

在研究三维轴类零件与二维图形的关联关系基础上,提出一种基于二维图形信息的平面几何特征封闭结构的创建方法;并结合尺寸标注,提出一种轴类零件的三维结构特征的识别方法。实例与应用表明,所提方法可实现典型轴类零件三维特征的提取与识别,效率高,结果准确。

On the basis of research on correlation between 3-D shaft part and its 2-D graphics,a plane-geometric enclosed structure creating method was proposed based on information of 2-D graphics.Besides,in combination with dimension labeling,a recognition method for 3-D structural features of shaft part was also put forward.The illustration and application showed that these methods could realize 3-D feature extraction and recognition of typical shaft parts with high efficiency and accuracy.
