摘要
对于无缝钢管超声波探伤设备,采用了先进的可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统。介绍了PLC在系统中的功能;控制系统各个功能的软件设计;PLC和上位机的通信系统,对PLC的工作状态进行实时监控。经测试和现场调试表明,该PLC控制系统满足用户要求,性能可靠。
The equipment for ultrasonic flaw detection of seamless steel pipe used an advanced programmable logic controller(PLC)control system.PLC's functions in the system were described,each function of control system designed in software.Moreover PLC communicated with PC,the communication system could monitor the working status of PLC.A series of shielding measures were used for reducing interference.The test and field debugging showed that the control system of PLC could meet users'requirement and have reliable performance.
