复杂曲面笔式加工仿真系统研制

Study on simulation system for pen-cutting of free-form surfaces

摘要 为研究复杂曲面笔式加工的规律和过程,给出了面向多轴加工的计算机仿真研究方法。针对曲面上曲线型刀具轨迹,建立了加工路径数学模型,结合复杂曲面笔式加工直接插补算法的思想,编制了仿真程序,获得了理想的仿真效果。仿真得到的加工过程数据可用于进一步的实验。 A multi-axis manufacturing simulation system for pen-cutting of sculptured surface is developed based on Visual C++6.0 software platform and OpenGL software technology.The arithmetic modeling of tool paths located on the sculptured surface is introduced.The simulation accurately predicts the interpolation algorithm for curve-on-surface.The proposed manufacturing simulation system,which is the most useful,economical and quickly method,can be applied for the verification of numerical control manufacturing.
