摘要
介绍了机床振动测试中的扫频测试方法,阐述振动测试实验中通过扫频得到系统幅频特性,相频特性的理论基础。基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW开发了用扫频方法对结构动态特性的测试系统,并且对镗杆切削系统进行扫频激振试验。最后将测试结果与B&K的3560C信号分析系统的试验结果进行对比,表明该试验系统具有良好的准确性与精度。
It introduces a method of sweep frequency vibration test amount the machine tool vibration test,and explains the theory of acquiring the amplitude frequency response characteristics and phrase-frequency response characteristics through frequency sweep vibration test experiment.Then developed a frequency sweep vibration test system based on virtual instruments,and the system was applied to a sweep-sine frequency experiment on boring bar.Finally,the results compared with the hammer model test experiment which was finished with the 356℃ single analyzer and pulse of B&K show that the system possesses good accuracy and precision.
