摘要 摆角铣头与滑枕是大型龙门铣床的关键部件,它的动态特性直接影响铣床的加工精度和表面粗糙度。以摆角铣头与滑枕为研究对象,采用Pro/E3.0建立实体模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行模态分析,并采用ODS(Operating Deflection Shapes)测试方法对其进行试验模态分析。通过试验模态分析与ANSYS模态分析结果的对比,提出了摆角铣头与滑枕结构上的薄弱环节,从而为提高铣床动态特性,优化铣床结构提供了依据。 the rotary milling head and the ram are the key parts of large-sized Milling Planer,whose dynamic characteristics will influence the machining accuracy and the surface roughness of the miller directly.The rotary milling head and the ram are chose as the research objects.The full-scale mock-up was established using Pro/E 3.0.The modal was analyzed using the finite element software ANSYS and the modal analysis of test was finished adopting the testing method of ODS(Operating Deflection Shapes).After comparing the modal analysis results of the test and ANSYS,the structure weak link of the rotary milling head and the ram was brought forward,which gave the foundation to the improvement of the miller's dynamic characteristic and the optimization of the structure.
