摘要
通过对固着磨料加工工艺的研究,提出了一种通过控制磨具转速来控制工件与磨具之间的相对运动速度,提高加工精度和效率的有关固着磨料高速研磨工艺研磨速度控制的技术方法。运用计算机的信息处理能力,应用以DELPHI语言编写的程序通过计算机与变频器的串行通讯实现对高速研磨机的变速控制。
By solid abrasive processing technology research,it presents a control method about solid abrasives high-speed lapping and lapping speed control technology by controlling the relative motion between the lapping tool and the workpiece speed,and it improves accuracy and efficiency in the whole process.Use information processing capability of the computer by DEHPHI language,achieves the variable speed control for the high-speed lapping machine which through the serial-port communication between the converter and the high-speed lapping machine.
