谐波摩擦传动柔轮径向力与径向变形关系的分析

摘要 对双波谐波摩擦传动机构中的筒形柔轮构件进行简化建模,根据其特点,将其简化为一端受一对径向力作用,另一端为自由状态的薄壁圆柱壳体。根据纵向无弯矩理论,运用解析法推导出了在该模型下柔轮径向力与径向变形之间的关系表达式;通过分析,分别得到了在其他条件一定时,柔轮的半径、壁厚及筒长对柔轮径向力与径向变形关系的影响曲线;为下一步研究另一端有约束情况下柔轮径向力与径向变形之间的关系奠定了基础。 Through the analysis of the characteristics of the cylindrical flexspline in the mechanism of Double-wave Harmonic Friction Driving,the flexspline could be simplified to a model of thin-walled cylindrical shell under the action of a pair of radial force on one side and the free condition on the other side.According to the longitudinal non-bending moment theory,it can be deduced that the relationship between radial force and radial deformation of the model through analytical method.Besides,it studied the influence of flexspline's radius,thickness and length on the relationship between radial force and radial deformation of the model and obtains the curve by a calculation example.It has prepared for deducing the relationship between radial force and radial deformation of the model which is under the action of a pair of radial force on one side and constrained on the other side.
