摘要
针对回转支承建模特点,通过Pro/Enginee(rPro/E)二次开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT和VC++6.0进行了回转支承参数化设计,实现了输入三维几何参数即可输出准确的三维模型。该设计方法不仅减少了设计人员大量重复性的非标准回转支承设计工作,而且能够避免设计人员的失误,提高设计效率。
For the modeling features of slewing bearing,the parametric design has been achieved using the secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit and VC++6.0.A 3D model of slewing bearing can be gained just by putting in geometry parameter.Through using this method,we can not only reduce the workload of design of nonstandard slewing bearing which is repeating and heavy,but also avoid misplay of the designer and improve the design efficiency.
