摘要 针对植物纤维淀粉餐具的成型模具在加热过程中,由于加热板引起的模具温度不均问题,应用pro/e建立成型模具有限元热分析模型,采用ANSYS对成型模具的温度场分布进行分析。在热分析基础上,以成型模具工作面温度差最小为目标,通过改变加热板有效加热面积,采用迭代法进行优化,为成型模具的设计提供了理论基础。 At present,the plant-fiber and starch dishware are the best substitute for those made of plastic packaging materials in the world,widespread application of which can control or eliminate the increasing white pollution problem effectively in the world.Furthermore,mold is the essential equipment of the production line to produce the f plant-fiber and starch dishware,and it is one of the most important components in the production system.Pro/E was used to establish the finite element thermal analysis model of the plant-fiber and starch dishware mould.Temperature profile of the mould was analyzed by using ANSYS based on thermal analysis theory.On the basis of thermal analysis,structural optimization design of the mould was achieved based on iterative method.It provided reference to temperature control and an important theoretical basis for design of the mould.
