摘要
阐述了产品功能分析法、TRIZ理论的最终理想解和物场分析方法,建立了基于TRIZ理论和功能分析的产品创新设计流程。该流程将产品的创新设计分为产品功能分析、抽象理想解,构建系统物场模型和解决问题功能模型几个阶段,指导设计人员从产品的功能出发,快速实现产品的创新设计。并以液压缸往复密封为例,说明该流程的有效性。
Functional analysis,ideal final result and S-Field analysis method are introduced.The process of product innovation design based on the theory of TRIZ and functional analysis is proposed.This process divides product innovation design into several stages:producting function analysis,abstracting ideal solution,establishing system S-Field model and sloving the problem functional model,which instructs the designer to start from the product function and rapidly realize the product innovation design.Reciprocating sealing of hydraulic cylinder is taked as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the process.
