软岩巷道变形特征与分区域分阶段控制技术数值模拟研究 被引量:12

Research on the deformation characteristics of a soft rock roadway and the zoned and staged control technology by numerical simulation

摘要 以某矿南翼回风大巷为例,分析了软岩巷道变形破坏原因,并结合数值模拟软件FLAC4.0分析了该巷道围岩变形发展规律:肩角较顶板、两帮和底板变形破坏的区域更大,并且随时间推移巷道浅部围岩的变形不断增大,即空间上的非均匀性以及时间上的持久延续性.针对软岩巷道的变形特性,提出了分区域分阶段动态控制技术,包括:锚网喷支护、注浆加固以及重点部位加强支护.现场的工业性实验观测结果表明,该巷道围岩变形逐步趋于稳定,变形量得到了有效控制,可以满足使用的要求. The destruction causes of soft rock roadway and the mechanic mechanism of the surrounding rock deformation were analyzed by the numerical simulation software FLAC4.0 with main air return way in the south limb of a mine as the case: The deformation areas in roadway shoulder were larger than those in roof,roadway's sides and roadway floor;And the deformation of shallow part of the surrounding rock was increasing constantly with time.In a word,there were heterogeneity of spatial distributions and persistence.Then based on deformation characteristics of soft rock roadway,zoned and staged dynamic control technology was put forward.Anchors-gunite-web shoring,grouting reinforcement and reinforced support in key position are the main part of support technology.The field observation results show that the surrounding rock deformation tends to be stable gradually,the deformation quantity are controlled effectively and the operating requirements are fulfilled.
