中枢神经细胞瘤的临床诊断和外科治疗

Clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of central neurocytoma

目的研究探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的临床诊断和外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析经我院住院治疗的15例中枢神经细胞瘤患者的临床资料。结果患者多以不同程度高颅压起病,15例患者全部采用肿瘤全切除术。手术后对患者进行局部放射治疗,无1例患者术后死亡。结论手术治疗对中枢神经细胞瘤起到了较好的治疗效果,配合术后放射治疗可进一步提高术后的疗效。

Objective To Study the Clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of central neurocytoma.Methods A total of 15 cases of central neurocytoma were analyzed retrospectively in respect of clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods and microsurgical results.Results The patients with mostly varying degrees of intracranial hypertension onset,among the 15 cases operated on,total removal was achieved.the patients were followed by region radiotherapy as a routine method,there was none patient died after operation.Conclusion surgical intervention followed by Radiotherapy is an effective treatment strategy against central neurocytoma.
