As a local special vegetable of Hunan Province,taro is a perennial herbal plant.It is of Araceae,first-year-growth ratoon.In response to the acceleration of agricultural restructuring,Hunan taro's growth area is on the rise.To meet green vegetable's standards of high yield and high quality,this paper offers solutions to taro's High-yield,cultivation skills,and taro roots' grading and procession.3tabs.,5refs.
