摘要
在调查冀西北地区奶牛主要疾病的过程中发现了疑似牛传染性鼻气管炎病例,通过流行病学调查、临床症状、尸体剖检、细菌培养、病毒分离及康复犊牛及其母牛IBR抗体检测,最后确诊为传染性鼻气管炎.
In the course of investigation of major diseases of the dairy in northwest Hebei,suspected cases of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis were found.Through the epidemiological investigation,clinical symptoms,necropsy,bacterial culture,virus isolation and rehabilitation of calf and cow IBR antibody detection,infectious rhinotracheitis was finally diagnosed.
