摘要
目前在铁路客车轴承锻造过程中,为了降低生产成本,采用锻后喷雾冷却的方式,一般要经过3—4min才能降到550—650℃,尤其在高温区的降温速率低,缺乏冷却控制手段,有可能使网状碳化物达到临界值,对轴承的使用寿命有一定影响。针对这一问题,设计了锻后快速冷却装置并加以实施,改善了网状碳化物,提高了轴承寿命。
At present in process of railway passenger bearing forging,in order to reduce the production cost,spray cooling was used after forging,normallthe temperature could be reduced to 550-650 ℃ after 3-4 minutes,in particular in the area of high temperature Cooling speed was low and lack of cooling means of control,it is possible to reach the critical value of network carbide,so exerting an influence on the bearing life.In view of this question,quickly cooling device after forging was designed and implemented,so the network carbide and the bearing life were improved.
