摘要
M8820原为半自动摆头沟道磨床,进给精度难以确定,影响沟道尺寸精度。现将磨架摆头改成直线往复进给机构,并改造进给箱、增加机械手、实现自动上下料、增加液压系统、进行整机电器控制线路的改造,增加PLC及步进电机控制,达到各执行机构的先后动作自动循环的目的,提高整机精度。
M8820 was semi-automatic swing groove grinder originally,the feed accuracy was difficult to determine,affecting the groove dimension accuracy.The grinding head was transformed into a straight reciprocating feed mechanism,,and transforming feed box,increasing manipulator,realizating automatic up-down material,adding hydraulic system,transformating electrical control line on the machine,increasing PLC and stepping motor control to achieve automatic cycle of before and after action of each actuator,so the machine accuracy was improved.
