贵州不同发电方式节能平稳调度研究

摘要 节能减排是我国经济社会可持续发展的重大战略任务,电力是重要的二次能源,是社会经济发展的基础动力,然而电力同时也是高耗能、高污染行业,与钢铁工业、化工行业一起,位列我国工业能耗数量前三甲,被列为国家节能减排的重点。近几年我国GDP占全世界GDP的比重约为5.5%,能源消费却超过世界的10%,二氧化硫排放已居世界首位,造成1/3的国土遭受酸雨污染,已大大超过我国环境承裁能力。作为我国节能降耗和污染物减排重点领域的电力产业,有效开展不同电发电方式节能调度,通过自主创新和集成创新建立一套完整的不同发电方式的节能发电调度技术支持体系和符合节能发电调度工作管理体系,对确保我国节能降耗和实现经济社会发展目标具有非常重要的意义。 Energy saving and emission reduction is a significant strategic task of sustainable development in China's economic society.Electric power is an essential second-hand energy and the basic dynamic of social economic development.However,it also is the high energy consumption and pollution industry.Electric power,which was ranked as the top three of the number of energy consumption together with steel industry and chemical industry in China,was listed as the key to the national energy saving.Chinese GDP accounts for 55% of the world's GDP,but the energy consumption has been over 10% of the world's.Sulfur dioxide emission has been ranked the first in the world,resulting in 1/3 of the land subject to acid rain pollution far exceeds China's environmental carrying capacity.As electric industry of China's focus on energy saving and pollutants emission reduction,it develops electric power generation in different ways for effectual energy saving operation and establishes a set of complete technical support system of different power generation methods' energy saving scheduling and the work management system of according with the energy generation scheduling by independent innovation and integrated innovation.It has a great significance to ensure our energy consumption and achieve the development goals of economic society.
