摘要
糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变临床上并不少见,但由于其发病隐匿、进展缓慢,加之患者往往合并其他的糖尿病并发症而使下肢缺血的临床表现不典型,因此该症尚未受到足够的重视。本文概述了该症的临床特点、诊断和治疗。
Diabetes Mellitus complicated with peripheral artery disease is common in clinics.Due to its delitescent onset,slow progression and other complications,clinical symptom of peripheral artery disease is always untypical.This symptom is not yet paid adequate attention.This paper reviews the clinical characteristics,progress of diagnosis and treatment of the diabetic peripheral artery disease.
